Partnerships are easily created – not even requiring an agreement between you.  All that is required is for two or more people to be carrying out business with a common view to making a profit.

However, as with all commercial relationships, understanding what you have to do and what obligations you have to others is the key to forming a good working partnership – especially when you have unlimited liability to the outside world and can be bound by the actions of your partners – there is a great deal of trust needed.
